Checklist for Production Release

IS/IT Production Manager and Development Manager
Assuming that in an IS/IT-department with low maturity level the positions of a change manager does not exist the Development Manager and IS/IT production manager should take care that at least most of the items considered.

Experienced Change Managers will certainly have more comprehensive checklists, but as our checklist is very cheap it's worth to check if all of our 101 checks are covered by the existing checklists.
