§1. The "personal edition" of our eBooks may not be copied or shared (e.g. via shared drive). You are granted the right to copy it to an backup device, but this backup device (e.g. CD-ROM) may not be used by others to read the eBook. The intelectual property (IP) remains with Mercury Consulting Ltd.

§2. The "corporate edition" grants you the right to copy and distribute the eBook within your corporation. The intelectual property (IP) remains with Mercury Consulting Ltd.

§3. We sell only to VAT/GST-registered companies and organizations, we do NOT sell to consumers, as our products are only suitable for professional IT-systems and not for PC's and small networks at home.
