IT Server Upgrade Checklist

Project Managers will quickly identify that the "simple hardware upgrade" might become more complex than expected.

This checklist lists many questions where server administrators quickly will say "not our issue, that's for team / department...". But server administrators can pass those questions to those other teams or to the project manager.

This template helps members from Application Support Team to identify potential impact on the application.
Even if it's a simple Hardware Upgrade without any change of operating system version or other tools there is still the risk of some licence limitations within the application.
